Something came up & I need to reschedule. How can I change my appointment?
No problem at all! You will have full access to your appointments and my schedule through my 3rd party booking software Vagaro. After you log in to your account. Click on appointments from the drop down menu to make changes.
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require a 72-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 72-hour notice, a 50% service cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Should you No Show or Cancel day of service, 100% of service cost will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Late Policy
I will be working with limited availability and timing is crucial. If you are late, we may have to forgo part of your service or reschedule altogether.
Please be advised that if your appointment is adjusted or rescheduled you may incur the cancellation fees.
Refund Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color or any other service, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.
Please email me directly if you would like any adjustments to your hair during this timeframe. No refund will be issued.
